Performance Appraisal is the process of measuring and improving the actual performance of an employee and assessing the future potential of the employee.
Objective
- Review employee performance over a defined period and provide feedback on past performance.
- Provide clarity on expectations and responsibilities for functions to be performed by employees.
- Strengthen the relationship and communication between superior and subordinates.
Eligible Criteria
Employees who have successfully completed one year of service are eligible to be part of the review held in the month of October every year.
Review Criteria
- Assessment on Key Performance Goals – 80% weightage
- Assessment on Effectiveness Parameters (Competencies) – 20% weightage
- Significant Achievement (if any)
- Gap Listing (if any)
- Learning and Development Plans
