This policy applies to persons with disabilities including full‑time employees, job applicants, management trainees and Company trainees.

Definitions
- Discrimination: In relation to disability, any distinction, exclusion or restriction on the basis of disability that has the purpose or effect of impairing or nullifying the recognition, enjoyment or exercise on an equal basis with others of all human rights and fundamental freedoms in the political, economic, social, cultural, civil or any other field; includes all forms of discrimination and denial.
- Person with Disability: A person with long‑term physical, mental, intellectual or sensory impairment which, in interaction with barriers, hinders his/her full and effective participation in society equally with others.
Policy Details
- Facilities and Amenities: Physical infrastructure will adhere to accessibility standards (furniture and facilities). Employees facing accessibility issues should report to the HR Team at their location or write to the Liaison Officer. Our digital infrastructure (documents, communication and information technology systems) will also adhere to accessibility standards. Employees with accessibility challenges may reach out to the local HR Team or write to the Liaison Officer.
- Recruitment Process: Positions are open for people with all types of disabilities. Hiring is purely based on merit and the candidates’ skills and competence. Selection Process: Short‑listing will be done as per the job description; shortlisted candidates will be interviewed.
- Other Facilities: Special Leave requested for reasons related to a disability will be considered a reasonable accommodation and is subject to management’s discretion on a case‑to‑case basis. Special Leave will be considered only after Annual Leave, Sick Leave and Casual Leave provided under the HR Policy are exhausted.

- Maintenance of Records: We will collect and maintain data regarding employees with disabilities in relation to their employment, facilities provided and other necessary information, confidentially.
Grievance Redressal
Employees may reach out to the Liaison Officers or the local HR Team for support or to raise concerns. All grievances will be handled promptly and confidentially, and necessary data will be maintained regarding employees with disabilities, facilities provided and other relevant information.
